Aaron Rodgers is an American football quarterback for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He was born on December 2, 1983, in Chico, California. He is the son of Edward Lewis "Ed" Rodgers, a former Texas Christian University (TCU) football player, and Darla Leigh Pittman, a former high school swimmer. Rodgers has two older brothers, Luke and Jordan. His family moved to Ukiah, California, when he was five years old. Rodgers attended Oak Manor Elementary School and Ukiah High School. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and attained the rank of Eagle Scout.
Rodgers began his college career as a walk-on at UC Berkeley before transferring to Butte College. He played for the Butte College football team for one season as a backup to Jamey Richard. He then transferred to Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo, where he started his junior and senior seasons. Rodgers set several single-game and career records for the Cal Poly Mustangs football team. After graduating from Cal Poly in 2005 with a degree in industrial relations, Rodgers was selected by the Packers in the first round of the 2006 NFL Draft.
Rodgers is married to actress Olivia Munn. The couple became engaged in August 2014 and married on June 14, 2017, in Los Angeles. They have no children together but Munn has a son from a previous relationship.

Aaron Rodgers is an American football quarterback for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Packers in the first round of the 2005 NFL Draft. Rodgers played college football for the California Golden Bears, where he set several career passing records, including most touchdown passes (34) and most passing yards (4,924).
After backing up Brett Favre for three seasons, Rodgers became the Packers' starting quarterback in 2008. He helped the Packers win Super Bowl XLV after defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers 31–25. Rodgers was named Super Bowl MVP, becoming the only quarterback in history to achieve both that honor and a Super Bowl win in his first season as a starter. He was named Associated Press Athlete of the Year in 2011 and 2014. He has led the NFL four times in touchdown-to-interception ratio (2011, 2012, 2014, and 2016), once in passer rating (122.5 in 2011), and once in touchdown passing percentage (8.4% in 2016).
