Britney Spears was born on December 2, 1981, in McComb, Mississippi, the second child of Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears. She has an older sister, Britney. As a child, Britney attended dance classes and she was great at gymnastics, winning many competitions and becoming state champion. Her parents divorced when she was young and she lived with her mother and sister.
